STEP 1
Preheat the BBQ or grill pan.
STEP 2
Cut the zucchini, red bell pepper, and onion into pieces. Thread the DIY BBQ Skewers with the vegetables and pieces of BBQ Skewer, and lightly brush with olive oil. Season to taste.
STEP 3
First, grill the corn and vegetables until they have nice grill marks. Then, grill the skewers.
STEP 4
Fry the merguez and farmhouse sausage until golden brown and cooked through. Fry the Crispy Drumz until they are crunchy. Briefly grill the Romaine lettuce with the cut side down.
STEP 5
Arrange everything playfully on a large board and spread out the different products. Add the sauces in small jars and finish with extra herbs or lemon wedges.
Prepare the sauces of your choice.
Garlic Sauce: Mix (plant-based) yogurt and mayo with garlic and a splash of lemon juice.
Chimichurri: Combine 1 shallot, 1 red pointed pepper, half a red chili pepper (seeds removed), 1 clove of garlic, half a bunch of parsley, and a handful of fresh oregano and basil. Add 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 10 cl olive oil, and sea salt, then blend coarsely.
Smoky BBQ Mayo: Stir together (plant-based) mayo, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika powder.
Lemon Yogurt Sauce: Mix plant-based yogurt with lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and salt.
Sriracha Mayo: Stir together (plant-based) mayo, sriracha, and lime juice.
