STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the sweet potato into cubes, the bell pepper into strips, and the onion into half rings. If desired, cut the corn into quarters.
STEP 2
Place all the vegetables on a baking tray and mix with olive oil, herbs, pepper, and salt. Roast for 25 minutes, turning the vegetables halfway through for even cooking.
STEP 3
Add the Crispy Drumz to the baking tray and place in the oven for another 10 minutes until everything is crispy.
STEP 4
Serve with fresh herbs and a fresh green salad.
