Ingredients

  • 10 Greenway Burger
  • 10 hamburger buns
  • 300 g Ardo avocado cubes
  • 300 g Ardo fried onion rings
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 200 g mixed salad
  • 350 g Bbq aioli
  • Serve with cornribs

BBQ aioli

  • 300 g vegan aioli
  • 50 g Ardo BBQ herb mix
  • Smoked paprika

Cornribs

  • 20 corn cobs
  • 100 g butter
  • 30 g mexican spice mix
  • 1dl sour cream
  • 0.5dl sriracha mayonnaise
  • A few microleaves as decoration

 

 

Greenway BBQ Burger

STEP 1

Make a mix of diced avocado, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, lemon juice, a pinch of chilli flake, pepper and salt.

STEP 2

Fry the Ardo onion rings in a pan or oven.

STEP 3

Fry the Greenway burgers in an oven, pan or on the grill.

STEP 4

Heat the hamburger buns.

Step 5

Assemble the burger with bun, burger, vegetable mix, fried onions, BBQ aioli and salad.

Step 6

Season the cornribs with the butter and Mexican spice mix and bake at 180°C for 10-14 minutes.

STEP 1

Serve the cornribs as a side dish, garnish with the sour cream, sriracha mayo & microleaves.
