Ingredients

  • 1 kg Greenway vegan minced meat 
  • 500 g Ardo bulgur
  • 70 g Ardo herb mix all'Italiana
  • 1 kg Ardogrill mix Siciliana
  • 100 g Ardo herb mix alla Napoletana
  • 20 g Ardo garlic
  • 1 L passata
  • 1.5 kg mashed potatoes
  • 250 gr grated cheese

STEP 1

Mix the minced meat with the bulgur and spice mix. Finish the passata with garlic and herb mix alle Napoletana.

STEP 2

Briefly fry the grill mix alla siciliana in the oven, season with some olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic.

STEP 3

Fill the baking dish with the minced meat, top with a layer of grill mix, add the tomato sauce and mashed potatoes. Top with the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
