Ingredients
- 400 gr Greenway gehaktballetjes
- 1 fennel bulb
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g courgette
- 1 kg chopped tomatoes
- 100 g onion
- 10 g garlic purée
- 20 g vegetable stock
- Rosemary and thyme
- Fat, such as soy butter or olive oil
- Pepper and salt

- 4 tortilla wraps
- 2 packets Greenway Falafel spinazie
- 1 pomegranate
- 300g young spinach leaves
- 1 red and 1 green chili pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 100ml yogurt or a plant-based yogurt alternative
- 50g mayo or vegan mayo
- 20g of fresh mint
- Pepper and salt

Filetstukjes Met ‘Fine Champage’-Saus
Ingredients
- 3 sjalotten
- 3 teentjes knoflook
- 3 stronkjes witloof
- 6 Parijse champignons
- 2 el vegan bakboter, of olijfolie
- Een paar takjes verse tijm
- 2 blaadjes laurier
- 1 tl mosterd
- Een scheut cognac
- 3 dl water
- 20 g vegetable stock powder
- 40 g Maïzena Roux voor witte sauzen
- 4 dl vegan room
- Een scheut truffelolie
- Peper en zout, naar smaak

- 2 el vegan bakboter, of olijfolie
