Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 6 radishes
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 g quinoa or rice
  • 50 g red onion, pickled with 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
  • 6 Greenway broccoli balls (frozen)

Voor de dressing

  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 el azijn
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Pokebowl with vegetable balls

STEP 1

Cut the avocado lengthwise and pit. Cut into slices.

STEP 2

Blanch the broccoli florets (boil briefly and rinse with cold water).

STEP 3

Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices and grate the carrots.

STEP 4

Cut the red onion into slices and brine with vinegar and cane sugar.

STAP 5

Cook the rice/quinoa according to the package instructions.

STAP 6

Bake the vegetable balls in the pan, oven or airfryer.

STAP 7

Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients.

STAP 8

Arrange the ingredients in a bowl (bowl) and pour the dressing over it.
