Greenway gourmet burger with chicory and beans

INGREDIENTS

600 grams of beans
6 stumps of chicory
40 grams of fat
2 shallots
2 tbsp mayo
5 grams of fresh tarragon leaves (± 4 sprigs)
French fries and bearnaise sauce

Grilled Greenway burger with beans, chicory salad with tarragon, bearnaise sauce and fries

STEP 1

Boil the beans and sauté with the shallot and butter.

STEP 2

Finely chop the chicory and mix it with some mayonnaise and the fresh, chopped tarragon.

STEP 3

Grill the burger with some grease in the pan.

STEP 4

Serve with fries and bearnaise sauce.
