Classic Gourmet burger with Greenway burger

INGREDIENTS

2 burger buns
1 tomato, cut into pieces
arugula
8 slices of sweet and sour pickle
1 onion cut into slices
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise or veganaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of ketchup
Cooking oil or butter

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 100°. In the meantime, grill or fry the burger for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side with a little cooking oil over medium heat.

STEP 2

Cut the buns in half and heat in the oven for a few minutes.

STEP 3

Fry the onion rings in a little cooking oil until lightly browned.

STEP 4

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard. Take bottom of bun, top with mustard mayonnaise, pickle, burger, tomato slices, fried onion rings and a little ketchup. Top with arugula and close with top bun.
