  • 8 Greenway chipolata
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 spoon of butter or olive oil
  • 800 g of apple compote

STEP 1

Peel the potatoes and cook them in slightly salted water. Drain.

STEP 2

Cook the sausages in a little fat. Serve the cooked sausages with apple compote and cooked potatoes.
