Ingredients
- 8 Greenway chipolata
- 1 kg potatoes
- a pinch of salt
- 1 spoon of butter or olive oil
- 800 g of apple compote

STEP 1
Peel the potatoes and cook them in slightly salted water. Drain.
STEP 2
Cook the sausages in a little fat. Serve the cooked sausages with apple compote and cooked potatoes.
