haute dog with Greenway Chipolatas and veganaise or mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

40 hot dog buns
2 kg grilled vegetables frozen
2 dl olive oil
600 g vegan mayo or mayonnaise
50 ml truffle oil
Black pepper
400 g arugula

Haute Dog with fried chipolata

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

STEP 2

Mix the grilled greens with olive oil in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

STEP 3

Mix mayonnaise or vegan mayo with truffle oil and black pepper.

STEP 4

Fry the chipolatas in butter or oil. We recommend that you first sear the chipolatas at high heat on all sides and then cook them over low heat.

STEP 5

Fill the hot dog buns with 1 Greenway chipolata, the grilled greens, some truffle mayo and top with arugula.
