Ingredients

  • 200 g Greenway Minced Meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • Fat (butter or olive oil)
  • Spaghetti herbs
  • ½ cube of vegetable stock
  • Fresh basil

Spaghetti bolognese with mincec meat

STEP 1

Finely chop the vegetables and stew them in olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes, vegetable stock and spaghetti herbs. Simmer for 10 minutes over a low heat.

STEP 2

Fry the Greenway Minced Meat for a few minutes in some fat.

STEP 3

Mix the fried minced meat in the vegetable sauce. Chop the basil finely and mix into the sauce. Serve with spaghetti or a pasta of your choice.
