  • 20 Greenway chipolata’s ‘Just like chicken’
  • 10 hotdog buns
  • 200 g Ardo avocado
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 100 g Ardo roasted corn mexicana
  • 300 g salsa sauce
  • 100 g tortilla chips
  • 100 g cheddar cheese

 

Mexican hot dog

STEP 1

Bake the chipolatas in an oven or pan.

STEP 2

Fill the hot dog buns with the saucage, smashed avocado with red onion and jalapeño peppers.

STEP 3

Top with some corn, salsa sauce, tortilla chips and cheddar cheese.
