Ingredients
- 200 g Greenway gehaktballetjes
- 2 tbsp corn oil
- 1 onion
- 25 g ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 clove (finely chopped)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 450 g tomato pieces
- 100 g full-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 3 tbsp almond paste
- Fresh coriander
- Some vegetable stock

STEP 1
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown
STEP 2
Add the ginger, garlic and other herbs to the onion and let it fry for a while on a low heat.
STAP¨3
Add the tomato pieces and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Mix in the yogurt, almond paste and broccoli balls and let it simmer for another five minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
