Ingredients

  • 200 g Greenway broccoli balls (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 onion
  • 25 g ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 450 g tomato pieces
  • 100 g full-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp almond paste
  • Fresh coriander
  • Some vegetable stock

Indian Tikka Masala with broccoli balls

STEP 1

Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown

STEP 2

Add the ginger, garlic and other herbs to the onion and let it fry for a while on a low heat.

STAP¨3

Add the tomato pieces and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

STEP 4

Mix in the yogurt, almond paste and broccoli balls and let it simmer for another five minutes.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
