Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Greenway Chipolatas
  • 5 hot dog buns
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ dl olive oil
  • 100 g veganaise or mayonnaise
  • Dash of truffle oil
  • Pepper
  • 100g roquet

Haute dog with baked chipolata, grilled vegetables, red onion and truffle mayonnaise

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

STEP 1

Cut the zucchini in long, thin slices. Slice the pepper in strips and chop the onion. Mix and stir with a drizzle of olive oil in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C.

STEP 2

Mix the mayonnaise or veganaise with a dash of truffle oil and black pepper.

STEP 3

Fry the chipolatas in butter or oil. We recommend that you first sear the chipolatas on a high heat on all sides and then let them cook over a low heat.
