Ingredients

  • 12 taco’s
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 800 grams of canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 1,5 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • Some vegetable stock
  • 400 gr Greenway gehakt
  • 4 spring onions
  • 200 grams of guacamole
  • Optional: sour cream

Chili sin carne met taco’s, guacamole, pijpajuin en zure room

STEP 1

Fry the onion with some olive oil and add the bell pepper, garlic and zucchini until cooked.

STEP 2

Bak het gehakt mee met de groenten.

STEP 3

Add the chopped tomatoes and the chili powder, cumin and vegetables stock. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.

STEP 4

Serve with tacos, guacamole, spring onions and sour cream.
