- 2 packets Greenway filet pieces “just like chicken” (vegan)
- 1 packet Greenway Minced Meat (vegan)
- 400 g chestnut mushrooms
- 250 g wild mushroom mix
- 400 g salsifies in pieces
- 1 l soy cream
- 60 g roux or 30 g of corn starch
- 50 g mushroom stock
- 50 g soy butter
- Truffle oil
- Salt & pepper
How do you make it?
Brush off the mushrooms, slice them and fry them
in a pan with olive oil or soy butter, together with
Add the soy cream, mushroom stock and truffle oil.
Roll the Minced Meat into little balls and add them
to the sauce, together with the Chick’Pieces. Let it
simmer for a few minutes.
Thicken the sauce with roux or corn starch. Add salt
& pepper to taste and serve with chopped parsley.
