INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packets Greenway filet pieces “just like chicken” (vegan)
  • 1 packet Greenway Minced Meat (vegan)
  • 400 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 250 g wild mushroom mix
  • 400 g salsifies in pieces
  • 1 l soy cream
  • 60 g roux or 30 g of corn starch
  • 50 g mushroom stock
  • 50 g soy butter
  • Truffle oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper

How do you make it?

Step 1

Brush off the mushrooms, slice them and fry them
in a pan with olive oil or soy butter, together with
the salsifies.

Step 2

Add the soy cream, mushroom stock and truffle oil.

Step 3

Roll the Minced Meat into little balls and add them
to the sauce, together with the Chick’Pieces. Let it
simmer for a few minutes.

Step 4

Thicken the sauce with roux or corn starch. Add salt
& pepper to taste and serve with chopped parsley.
