INGREDIENTS

5 fennel tubers
500 g carrots
500 g zucchini
5 kg tomato pieces
400 g onion
40 g garlic puree
4 g rosemary
4 g thyme
Salt and pepper

Veggie Balls in tomato sauce

STEP 1

Finely chop the onions and dice the carrots, zucchini and fennel (brunoise).

STEP 2

Heat in cooking oil and stew the vegetables along with the bouillon and spices. Let simmer for about ten minutes over low heat with a lid.

STEP 3

Add the tomato pieces and the Greenway Veggie Balls. Continue simmering on low heat for another 10 minutes.

STEP 4

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
