Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Greenway Chipolatas
  • 300 g baby potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 1 red onion
  • Dried thyme
  • Pepper and salt
  • Fat (butter or olive oil)

Chipolatas with baked potatoes, peas and carrots

STEP 1

Boil the potatoes, drain and fry them in a bit of fat until golden. Season with a pinch of salt.

STEP 2

Schil de wortelen, snij ze in halve reepjes en kook ze beetgaar in water. Kook in dezelfde pot ook de erwtjes een vijftal minuten mee.

STEP 3

Drain the water, stew the vegetables with a finely chopped red onion in olive oil or butter. Season with thyme, pepper, and salt.

STEP 4

Fry the chipolatas in butter or oil. We recommend that you first sear the chipolatas on a high heat on all sides and then let them cook over a low heat.
