Grill the wrap.

Fry all the vegetables along with the garlic in another pan.
STEP 3
Whisk the soy cuisine and mix with the mild & creamy. Season with the chimichurri spice mix, pepper and salt.
STEP 4
Steam the artichoke and cut into strips.
STEP 5
Spread the wrap with the cream mixture and distribute the garnishes (cherry tomatoes, artichoke strips, sliced avocado, quartered radishes, corn and herb cheese).
STEP 6
Cut a red onion into half-moons and marinate them with rice vinegar.
STEP 7
Top with the Mediterranean spice mix and young leaf lettuce.
