Ingredients

  • 40 pieces Greenway Chipolatas 40g
  • 40 hot dog buns
  • 2 kg frozen grilled vegetables
  • 2 dl olive oil
  • 600 g vegan mayo or mayonnaise
  • 50 ml truffle oil
  • Pepper
  • 400g rucola

 

 

Haute dog with fried chipolata

STEP 1

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

STEP 2

Mix the grilled greens with olive oil in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

STEP 3

Mix mayonnaise or vegan mayo with truffle oil and black pepper.

STEP 4

Fry the chipolatas in butter or oil. We recommend you first sear the chipolatas on high heat on all sides and then cook them on low heat.

Step 5

Fill the hot dog buns with 1 Greenway chipolata, the grilled greens, some truffle mayo and top with ruccola.
