Grill the wrap.
STEP 2
Fry all the vegetables together with the garlic in a pan.
STEP 3
Whisk the cooking soy and mix with the Mild & Creamy. Season with the chimichurri spice mix, pepper and salt.
STEP 4
Steam the artichoke bottoms and cut into strips.
STEP 5
Spread the wrap with the cream mixture and distribute the garnishes (cherry tomatoes, artichoke strips, sliced avocado, quartered radishes, corn and herb cheese).
STEP 6
Top with the Mediterranean spice mix and young leaf lettuce.
