INGREDIENTS

2 tomatoes
1 avocado
1 red onion
1 red chili pepper (not too spicy)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of cooking butter or olive oil
4 burger buns
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
bit of salad

Texas BBQ burger

STEP 1

Dice the tomatoes and avocados. Mix the tomato pieces with the chopped red onion and chili pepper, the lime juice and avocado cubes to make a tasty salsa. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Grill or fry the burger with a little grease over medium heat until cooked on both sides.

STEP 3

Cut the buns in half and warm them in the oven for a few minutes. Take the bottom of the bun and place the baked burger on top. Top the burger with a tablespoon of barbecue sauce and the tomato-avocado salsa.

STEP 4

Top with a few leaves of lettuce and cover with the top of the sandwich.
