Ingredients
- 1 packet of Greenway Burgers 2 x 120 gram
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 8 pickle slices
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise of veganaise
- 1 eetlepel mosterd
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- Oil or butter
Tel Aviv style burger

Preheat the oven at 100 degrees.
Stap 1
Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat until the oil begins to shimmer or heat up your barbecue or grill. Fry or grill the burger for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side.
Stap 2
Cut the buns in half and bake for a few minutes. Fill the bun with the burger, the mayonnaise, the pickles, the onion rings, the vegetables and the lettuce.
Stap 3
Fry the onion rings until golden brown. Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard.
Stap 4
Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard. Take the bottom of the bun, add the mustard mayonnaise, pickle, burger, tomato slices, fried onion rings and a little ketchup. Finish with lettuce and close with the top of the bun.
