Ingredients
- 2 bowls Greenway merguez
- A little vegetable cooking butter
- 300g fine couscous
- 1 green and 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 10g vegetable bouillon powder
- 1 handful of freshly chopped mint and parsley leaves
Tabbouleh marocain with merguez

STEP 1
Place the couscous in a round bowl and mix it with the vegetable bouillon, 3dl of hot water, and the olive oil.
STEP 2
Finely chop the vegetables and mix them together with the fresh herbs into the couscous.
STEP 3
Fry the merguez sausages until nicely browned in some cooking butter and serve them with the Moroccan tabbouleh salad.
