Ingredients

  • 2 bowls Greenway merguez
  • A little vegetable cooking butter
  • 300g fine couscous
  • 1 green and 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 10g vegetable bouillon powder
  • 1 handful of freshly chopped mint and parsley leaves

Tabbouleh marocain with merguez

STEP 1

Place the couscous in a round bowl and mix it with the vegetable bouillon, 3dl of hot water, and the olive oil.

STEP 2

Finely chop the vegetables and mix them together with the fresh herbs into the couscous.

STEP 3

Fry the merguez sausages until nicely browned in some cooking butter and serve them with the Moroccan tabbouleh salad.
