Ingredients

  • 1 kg Greenway Kebab stamps
  • 10 tortillas 30cm
  • 300 g coleslaw
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 g vegan aioli
  • 30g Ardo BBQ herb mix

 

Greenway kebab wrap

STEP 1

Bake the kebab stamps in an oven or pan.

STEP 2

Heat the tortilla in an oven at 220°C for 30 seconds.

STEP 3

Fill the tortilla with vegan aioli mixed with the Ardo BBQ spice mix, fried kebab, coleslaw and diced tomatoes.

STEP 4

Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.
