Ingredients
- 4 Greenway Burgers
- 500 grams of carrots, sliced
- 50 grams of oil or butter
- 1 gram of ras el hanout
- 10 grams of fresh mint
- 5 grams of fresh cilantro
- 300 grams of couscous or bulgur
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 millilitres of hot water
- 400 grams of canned tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 spring onions
- 30 grams of raisins
- Pepper and salt
Greenway Burger with Moroccan carrots and couscous salad

STEP 1
Steam the carrots until soft and fry them in a little oil or butter with the fresh mint and the ras el hanout.
STEP 2
Prepare the couscous salad by adding hot water to the couscous. Add the olive oil, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, mint, cilantro, spring onions and salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Fry the burger with a little butter or olive oil.
