Ingredients

  • 4 Greenway Burgers
  • 500 grams of carrots, sliced
  • 50 grams of oil or butter
  • 1 gram of ras el hanout
  • 10 grams of fresh mint
  • 5 grams of fresh cilantro
  • 300 grams of couscous or bulgur
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 10 millilitres of hot water
  • 400 grams of canned tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 spring onions
  • 30 grams of raisins
  • Pepper and salt

 

Greenway Burger with Moroccan carrots and couscous salad

STEP 1

Steam the carrots until soft and fry them in a little oil or butter with the fresh mint and the ras el hanout.

STEP 2

Prepare the couscous salad by adding hot water to the couscous. Add the olive oil, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, mint, cilantro, spring onions and salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Fry the burger with a little butter or olive oil.
