Ingredients
- 2 bowls Greenway Chipolata’s just like chicken (available for purchase at Colruyt and Okay)
- Some fat
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 600g carrots
- A bit of fresh rosemary
- 1 dl olive oil
- Pepper and salt
Potato casserole with chipolata just like chicken

STEP 1
Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into slices. Finely chop the red onion as well.
STEP 2
Put the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the potato slices together with the sliced carrots and red onion over medium heat until they are cooked. You can optionally cover the pan with a lid to help them cook faster. Add some finely chopped fresh rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Fry the chipolatas in another pan with some cooking fat and place the cooked chipolatas on top of the vegetable dish. Serve it that way on the table.
