Ingredients

  • 400 g Greenway meatballs
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g courgette
  • 1 kg chopped tomatoes
  • 100 g onion
  • 10 g garlic purée
  • 20 g vegetable stock
  • Rosemary and thyme
  • Fat, such as soy butter or olive oil
  • Pepper and salt
  • Mashed potatoes

STEP 1

Finely chop the onions and dice the carrots, courgettes, and fennel into brunoise (small cubes)

STEP 2

Heat the fat and sauté all the vegetables with the tomato pieces, broth, and herbs. Let it simmer for about ten minutes over low heat with a lid on.

STEP 3

Add the Greenway meatballs to the sauce. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.

STEP 4

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with mashed potatoes.
