potato dish with greenway chipolata

INGREDIENTS

Bit of fat
1 kg potatoes
2 red onions
600g of carrots
Bit of fresh rosemary
1 dl olive oil
Pepper and salt

Potato dish with chipolata just like chicken

STEP 1

Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots. Also finely slice the red onion.

STEP 2

Put the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the potato slices along with the sliced carrots and red onion over medium heat until tender. You can put a lid on the pan if necessary to cook them faster. Add some chopped fresh rosemary and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Fry the chipolatas in other pan with a little fat and place the fried chipos on top of the vegetable dish. Serve like this on the table.
