Ingredients
- 2 kg Greenway wok strips
- 200 g vegetable fat
- 4 kg wok vegetables (e.g. Ardo)
- 1 L sweet-and-sour sauce
- 2 dl soy sauce
- 125 g Asian-style spice mix (e.g. Ardo)
- Rice
Sweet-and-sour vegetable wok

STEP 1
Fry the Greenway wok strips with the fat until golden brown in a roasting pan or hot air oven at 200°C.
STEP 2
After this, you can also sauté the wok greens with it until cooked.
STEP 3
Mix the sauce and spice mix under the vegetable mix and stew for a few more minutes on medium heat.
STEP 4
Serve with rice.
