STEP 1

Thinly slice the red onion, yellow bell bell pepper, zucchini and peppers.Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. You can easily do this by cutting the pomegranate in 2 and patting on back with a tablespoon. This way the seeds will fall out nicely!

STEP 2

Mix the yogurt with the mayo and chopped fresh mint. Season with some salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 3

You can easily reheat the falafels in hot air oven or airfryer. You can also fry them crispy in the pan with some fat or deep fry them.

STEP 4


Serve the ingredients on the wrap and serve with the yogurt-mayo dip. Enjoy!
