INGREDIENTS

4 tortilla wraps
1 pomegranate
300 g young spinach leaves
1 red and 1 green pepper
1 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 zucchini
100 ml yogurt or vegetable alternative to yogurt
50 g mayo or vegan mayo
20 g fresh mint
Pepper and salt

Wraps with spinach falafel

35 minutes

4 servings

STEP 1

Thinly slice the red onion, yellow bell pepper, zucchini and peppers. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. You can easily do this by cutting the pomegranate in 2 and tapping on the back with a tablespoon. The seeds will fall out easily!

STEP 2

Mix the yogurt with the mayo and chopped fresh mint. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

You can easily heat the falafels in a convection oven or air fryer. You can also fry them in a pan with some oil or deep fry them.

STEP 4


Serve the ingredients on the wrap with the yogurt-mayo dip. Enjoy!
