INGREDIENTS

1 gram of vanilla extract
150 grams of vegetable cooking butter
100 grams of dark chocolate

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking pan or baking dish with baking paper. Sift the flour into a large bowl and mix in all the other dry ingredients.

STEP 2

Put the vegetable cooking butter, chocolate and water in a bowl and warm in the microwave (or simply in a saucepan on the stove will also do) until the chocolate and butter are melted.

STEP 3

Stir the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients to form a homogeneous batter and also add the vanilla extract. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper (round: 22 cm diameter / rectangular: 15 x 22 cm) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Let the brownie cool well before cutting it. If you want, you can finish the brownies with some coconut yogurt and crushed raspberries. That completes the party!
