- 2 burger buns
- 1 packet of Greenway Burgers 2 x 120 gram
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small, red onion, chopped
- 1 hot chili pepper, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ avocado
- Pepper and salt
- 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
- ½ head of lettuce
- Oil or butter
Texas BBQ burger
Mix the tomato, red onion, chili, avocado and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat until the oil begins to shimmer or heat up your barbecue or grill. Fry or grill the burger for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side.
Cut the buns in half and bake for a few minutes. Fill the bun with the burger, the barbecue sauce, the vegetables and the lettuce. Enjoy!
