STEP 1

Fry the Greenway wok strips with the fat until golden brown in a roasting pan or hot air oven at 200°C.

STEP 2

After this, you can also sauté the wok greens with it until tender.

STEP 3

Mix the sauce and spice mix under the vegetable mix and stew for a few more minutes over medium heat. 

STEP 4

Serve with rice.
