- 1 onion
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock (powder/liquid)
- 200 g Greenway vegetable balls
- Some fat
- Spaghetti for 4 people
- Handful of capers
- Handful of black olives
Spaghetti puttanesca with vegetable balls
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and tomato pieces and sauté.
Add some vegetable stock and stir briefly.
Add the capers and olives.
Fry the vegetable balls separately in a pan and then add them to the sauce.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the wrap and serve with the sauce.
