STEP 1
Crush the Meatballs finely with a fork.
STEP 2
Sauté half of the shallots in margarine. Add the veggie 'Chopped' and season with the Chinese spice mix and sea salt.
STEP 3
Also sauté the other half of the shallots in some margarine. Add the spinach and simmer briefly. Season with fruit pepper lemon.
STEP 4
Briefly stew the endive, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix under the mashed potatoes.
STEP 5
In the baking dish, make layers of minced meat, spinach and chicory puree.
STEP 6
Sprinkle the casserole with breadcrumbs and a few lumps of butter or margarine. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for half an hour.
