STEP 1

Heat some oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.

STEP 2

Add the ginger, garlic and remaining spices to the onion and sauté briefly over low heat.

STEP 3

Add the tomato pieces and simmer for another 10 minutes.

STEP 4

Mix in the yogurt, almond paste and broccoli balls and simmer for another five minutes or so.

STEP 5

Top with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
