Ingredients

  • 20 burgerbroodjes
  • 20 Greenway burgers 120g
  • 20 tomaat, in stukjes gesneden
  • 80 sneetjes zoetzure augurk
  • 8 uien in schijfjes gesneden
  • 40 eetlepels mayonaise of veganaise
  • 20 eetlepel mosterd
  • 20 eetlepels ketchup
  • Oil or butter

Greenway Classic burger

Preheat the oven at 100 degrees.

STEP 1

Grill of bak de burgers gedurende 1 minuut en 15 seconden aan beide zijden met een beetje vetstof op een matig vuur.

STEP 2

Cut the buns in half and bake for a few minutes. Fill the bun with the burger, the mayonnaise, the pickles, the onion rings, the vegetables and the lettuce.

STEP 3

Fry the onion rings until golden brown. Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard.

STEP 4

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard. Take the bottom of the bun, put the mustard mayonnaise, the pickle, the burger, the tomato slices, the fried onion rings and a little ketchup. Finish with lettuce and close with the top of the bun.
