INGREDIENTS

6 large tomatoes
2 red onions finely chopped
80 grams of white celery finely chopped
5 grams of parsley finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 gram chili powder
4 tbsp olive oil
Pepper and salt

Preheat the oven to 180°.

STEP 1

Mix the Greenway minced meat with chopped red onion, white celery, chili powder, garlic and parsley

Hollow out the tomatoes and fill with the mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with some salt and pepper.
