Ingredients

  • 4 Greenway Burgers
  • 600 grams of green beans
  • 6 heads of chicory, chopped
  • 40 grams of oil or butter
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 5 grams of fresh tarragon, chopped
  • French fries and béarnaise sauce

Grilled Greenway Burger with green beans, a chicory tarragon salad, béarnaise sauce and French fries

STEP 1

Boil the beans and fry them with the shallots in some oil or butter.

STEP 2

Chop the chicory heads and mix with the mayonnaise and the freshly chopped tarragon.

STEP 3

Grill the burger.

STEP 4

Serve with fries and béarnaise sauce.
