Greenway gourmet burger with Moroccan carrots and couscous salad

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of sliced carrots
50 grams of vegetable butter
1 gram raz el hanout
10 grams of fresh mint finely chopped
5 grams of fresh cilantro finely chopped
300 grams of tabbouleh
4 tbsp olive oil
1 dl hot water
400 grams of canned tomato pieces
½ cucumber cut into small pieces
1 bell bell pepper cut into small pieces
3 stalks of spring onion finely chopped
30 grams of raisins
Pepper and salt

Fried Greenway burger with Moroccan carrots and couscous salad

STEP 1

Steam the carrot slices until tender and sauté in butter with the fresh mint and raz el hanout.

STEP 2

For the couscous salad, mix the taboule with the hot water, olive oil, tomato pieces, cucumber, bell bell pepper, mint, cilantro, spring onion, salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Fry the burgers in the pan with some fat (a minute and a half for each side).
