Chili Sin Carne with greenway minced meat

INGREDIENTS

200 g vegetable oil
0.5 kg diced onion
1 kg of diced zucchini
1 kg of diced peppers
4 kg canned tomato pieces
1 kg kidney beans (precooked)
80 g vegetable bouillon
40 g garlic puree
50 g cumin powder
20 g cinnamon powder
10 g cayenne pepper
Fresh cilantro and some sour cream or vegan alternative to finish

STEP 1

Sauté the vegetables in the oil. Add the tomato pieces, kidney beans, bouillon and spices and continue to cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, add in the Greenway Mince.

STEP 2

Finish with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
