Spaghetti bolognaise with Greenway minced meat

INGREDIENTS

1 kg onion pieces
500 g bell bell pepper pieces
700 g carrot pieces
300 g celery pieces
500 g zucchini cubes
3.2 kg of tomato pulp
0.2 l olive oil
110 g ketchup
200 g Italian herbs (Ardo)
0.5 l water
80 g vegetable broth
Sauce binder (cornstarch/roux)

Bolognaise sauce

STEP 1

Sauté the vegetables al dente in the olive oil.

STEP 2

Add the spices, broth, water, ketchup and tomato pulp and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. If necessary, thicken the sauce with some sauce binder.

STEP 3

Chop the Meatballs and mix them with the tomato sauce.

STEP 4

Let everything cook for a few more minutes over low heat.
