STEP 1
Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots. Finely slice the red onion.
STEP 2
Put the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the potato slices along with the sliced carrots and red onion over medium heat until tender. Cover the pan if necessary to cook them faster. Add some chopped fresh rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Fry the chipolatas in another pan with a little cooking oil and place the fried chipolatas on top of the vegetable dish. Serve like this.
