STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Start by making the yogurt dip. Peel the garlic and finely chop the cloves. Mix the garlic into the yogurt and season with a dash of olive oil, salt and black pepper. Set aside for a while so the flavors can blend.

STEP 2

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, along with the tandoori spices. Fry for 2-3 minutes over low heat until the garlic and spices begin to smell. Now spoon in the mince and let it brown for a while. Then add the tomato puree and continue frying on medium heat for a few minutes so that everything is well coated with the tomato puree and spices. Then pour in the water and mix well.

STEP 3

Now spoon the washed young spinach leaves into the sauce and sauté briefly until the spinach shrinks and is soft. Taste and season with some nutmeg, pepper and salt, then remove from heat.

STEP 4

Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and then slice them. Place the pizza dough with baking paper on a baking sheet. Spread the dough with the yogurt dip, then spread the spinach-mince mixture on top. Top with the yellow bell pepper slices.

Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven until nicely crisp.
