INGREDIENTS

0.5 kg of colored cherry tomatoes
1 kg fresh lettuce (mixed lettuce)
5 red onions
10 tablespoons of olive oil

STEP 1

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash the lettuce, drain and divide into smaller pieces.

STEP 2

Peel the red onions and cut them into thin rings

STEP 3

Heat 10 tablespoons of cooking butter or olive oil in a large skillet.

STEP 4

Fry the Greenway Crispy Tenders over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn them over halfway through for even cooking.

STEP 5

Put the lettuce in a large bowl. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and onion rings.

STEP 6

Drizzle the salad with 10 tablespoons of olive oil and the dressing of your choice.

STEP 7

Divide the salad among the plates.

STEP 8

Place 2 fried Crispy Tenders on each plate.
