chinese crispy chili udon noodles with Greenway roughed beef

INGREDIENTS

4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons vegetable cooking butter or olive oil
1 kg of cut up wok vegetables (carrot, leek, Chinese cabbage, bell bell pepper, snow peas,...)
4 x 200 g udon noodles
200 g teriyaki sauce
40 g soy sauce
80 g crispy chili oil
100 ml of water
Finely chopped chilies and fried onions (for garnish)

Chinese 'crispy chili' udon noodles

STEP 1

Chop the garlic finely.

STEP 2

Heat the fat in a wok pan. Add in the vegetables and wok them for a few minutes. Add in the garlic and mix everything well. 

STEP 3

Now add in the noodles and pour in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, crispy chili oil and water. Turn down the heat slightly and stir gently so that the noodles are nicely mixed through the vegetables and sauce and everything cooks evenly.

STEP 4

Finally, add in the minced meat. Briefly stir-fry and you're ready to go.

STEP 5

Decorate the dish with chopped peppers and some fried onions.
