STEP 1
Sauté the onion with the olive oil, then add the bell pepper pieces, garlic and zucchini. Simmer until everything is al dente.
STEP 2
Fry the minced meat along with the vegetables.
STEP 3
Mix in the tomato pieces and also add the chili, cinnamon, cumin and vegetable stock. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
STEP 3
Serve with hard taco shells, guacamole, spring onion and some sour cream, if desired.
