chili sin carne taco's with Greenway minced meat

INGREDIENTS

12 tacos
3 onions finely chopped
2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow) de-seeded and cut into pieces
1 zucchini finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
800 grams of canned tomato pieces
1.5 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp chili powder
Little vegetable broth
4 stalks of spring onion
200 grams of guacamole
Optional: 100 grams of sour cream

Chili sin carne with tacos guacamole, arrowhead onion and sour cream

STEP 1

Sauté the onion with the olive oil, then add the bell pepper pieces, garlic and zucchini. Simmer until everything is al dente.

STEP 2

Fry the minced meat along with the vegetables.

STEP 3

Mix in the tomato pieces and also add the chili, cinnamon, cumin and vegetable stock. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

STEP 3

Serve with hard taco shells, guacamole, spring onion and some sour cream, if desired.
