STEP 1
Sauté the Gyros along with the red beans and the salsa mexicana. Season with the chili peppers and spice mix.

Dice the mango and goat cheese. Crush the avocado into guacamole and season with lemon, salt and pepper
STEP 3
Bake the sweet potatoes for an hour at 180 °C.
STEP 4
Cut the sweet potato in half and remove some of the pulp.
STEP 5
Place the soy cream on a plate, garnish with herbs and mango.
STEP 6
Place the halved sweet potato on the plate and fill with the Gyros.
STEP 7
Spread the goat cheese over the sweet potato and brown with a torch.
STEP 8
Top with mango, curly lettuce and tufts of guacamole.
