INGREDIENTS

For the tomato dip:
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano or Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Apero Cheezzy bites with tomato dip

STEP 1

Heat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the cheezzy bites for 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

STEP 2

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes and herbs and bring to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Serve the bites warm on a board with the tomato dip on the side. Top with fresh chives or parsley.
